Is your furniture brand new?
No, our furniture is not brand new. We have thorough quality control processes to ensure that all items hired out are of high quality and fully functional.

Do you sell your items?
No, except for disposable tableware, we do not sell our items.

I only want to hire a few items, is there a minimum charge?
No. We do not believe in minimum charges.

I need to hire items today. Can you help?
Yes. We can offer same day collection, subject to availability. Please call our sales team if you have an urgent requirement.

I need to know the dimensions of an item?
Our furniture & equipment pages include dimensions for most of our items. If you cannot locate any specific information, please email our sales team.

Can you deliver to me?
Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver items at this time.

Can I collect/return hired items from/to your location?
Yes. All items must be collected from and returned to our location near Woking, Surrey. Full address details are provided after your booking is confirmed.

What time can I collect hired items from?
Collection is available from 15:00 on the first day of your booking.

Can I collect out of normal working hours?
Yes. We will always try our best accommodate your desired collection time, please email our sales team.

What time do I need to return hired items by?
Return is required by 11:00 on the last day of your booking.

How do I place a booking?
From our home page, enter your preferred collection & return dates to check items available for hire. Select multiple items by clicking book and then confirm reservation.

From our furniture & equipment page, select the item you wish to hire, enter collection & return dates and check availability. If the item is available, click confirm reservation.

On our booking confirmation page, confirm the item’s quantity and enter your information. You will then be transferred to PayPal’s website for secure payment and to complete your booking. You can either log-in to your existing PayPal account or simply pay by credit or debit card.

Do you charge a deposit to secure a booking?
We require full payment to secure your booking.

I need to change my booking, what do I do?
